Amount of maternal (family) capital funds

The amount of maternal (family) capital funds is determined by the sum indicated in the notification from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation regarding the transfer of funds (part of the funds) of the maternal (family) capital due to the insured person's refusal to direct the funds (part of the funds) of the maternal (family) capital towards forming the accumulative part of the labor pension1.
