Energy Service Contract
An energy service agreement is the performance by the contractor of actions aimed at energy conservation and increasing the energy efficiency of the use of energy resources by the customer1.
An energy service agreement is an agreement that ensures a reduction in the volume of energy resources used in a multi-apartment building and provides for the implementation of measures for energy conservation and increasing energy efficiency in multi-apartment buildings concerning the common property of the owners of premises in the multi-apartment building2.
