Laws on energy conservation and increasing energy efficiency consist of this Federal Law, other federal laws, other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance with them, as well as laws and other normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local normative legal acts in the field of energy conservation and increasing energy efficiency¹.
