The actual date of goods removal from the customs territory of the Russian Federation — is considered to be the date on which the customs authority located at the place of goods departure from the customs territory of the Russian Federation stamps the documents (transport or other documents) with marks allowing for the departure of goods (ceased to be in force as of 2010-11-27)¹.
