Suspension of operations on the payer's customs duties and taxes accounts at the bank means the bank ceasing disbursement operations on these accounts (account) within the amount specified in the decision to suspend operations on the accounts (account) of the customs duties and taxes payer (organizations or individual entrepreneurs) at the bank, unless otherwise provided in paragraph 2 of point 1 of this article¹.
