The starting price for the right to conclude a hunting management agreement is the amount of annual rent for the land plots and forest plots provided under lease, calculated based on the minimum rental rates according to land plot and forest plot lease agreements, and the product of the rates of fees for using wildlife objects and quotas for harvesting hunting resources for the previous year, or in the absence thereof - the norms of permissible removal of hunting resources for the previous year or the norms of permissible harvest of hunting resources for the previous year¹.
