The actions (omissions) of the legal representatives of the insurance contributions payer — the actions (omissions) of the legal representatives of the insurance contributions payer committed in connection with the participation of this insurance contributions payer in relations regulated by this Federal Law, are deemed to be the actions (omissions) of this insurance contributions payer1.
