A document of the financial authority and (or) the chief budgetary funds manager — containing information on the amount of budget appropriations and (or) limits of budget obligations that have not been (not timely provided) to the insurance contributions payer, and (or) the amount of maximum funding volumes for expenditures that have not been (not timely communicated) to the insurance contributions payer in an amount sufficient for the timely fulfillment by the insurance contributions payer of the obligation to pay insurance contributions¹.
