The instruction of the control authority regarding the payment of insurance contributions - the bank's instruction of the control authority regarding the payment of insurance contributions for the transfer of insurance contributions is executed as funds become available on these accounts no later than one business day following the date of each such receipt on the accounts in Russian rubles, and no later than two business days following the date of each such receipt on the accounts in foreign currency, provided that this does not violate the order of payment priority established by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation¹.
