Capital and Reserves
Capital and reserves — are determined based on the data of the accounting reports as of the last reporting date, or, if the guarantee agreement is concluded before the expiration of the period for submitting reports following the end of the period established by the Russian Federation legislation on accounting, as of the previous reporting date (ceased to be in force since 2013-04-05)1.
