Compulsory insurance contract of one's own liability
Mandatory insurance of one's liability - must enter into a mandatory insurance contract for their liability for damages caused to persons involved in the bankruptcy case and other persons as a result of non-performance or improper performance of obligations imposed on the arbitration manager in the bankruptcy case1.
