The amount of the insurance sum under the specified contract
The amount of the insurance sum under the specified agreement is determined depending on the book value of the debtor's assets as of the last reporting date preceding the date of initiation of the applicable procedure in the bankruptcy case, and cannot be less than: three percent of the amount by which the book value of the debtor's assets exceeds one hundred million rubles when the book value of the debtor's assets is between one hundred million rubles and three hundred million rubles; six million rubles and two percent of the amount by which the book value of the debtor's assets exceeds three hundred million rubles when the book value of the debtor's assets is between three hundred million rubles and one billion rubles; twenty million rubles and one percent of the amount by which the book value of the debtor's assets exceeds one billion rubles when the book value of the debtor's assets exceeds one billion rubles1.
