Payment recipient operator (payment agent)
Payer acceptance operator (payment agent) - a legal entity, information about which has been entered by the Bank of Russia into the register of payer acceptance operators and which, in accordance with the requirements of this Federal law, concludes agreements with suppliers to carry out activities related to the acceptance of payments from individuals1.
