Precautionary Compensatory Duty
Preliminary compensatory duty — preliminary specific duty, preliminary anti-dumping duty and preliminary compensatory duty are levied in accordance with the rules established by this Code regarding the collection of import customs duties (ceased to be in force as of 2010-11-27)1.
