State Registration of Rights to Aircraft
Aircraft state registration of rights - a legal act by which the state recognizes and confirms the existence, emergence, transfer, termination, limitation (encumbrance) of ownership and other real rights (hereinafter also referred to as rights) on aircraft in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation1.
