Goods released for free circulation on the customs territory of the Customs Union - goods released for free circulation on the customs territory of the Customs Union are considered as goods in respect of which import customs duties have been paid at the same rates as in the Russian Federation, and in respect of which the same prohibitions and restrictions have been observed as in the Russian Federation¹.
