The decision on uncontested recovery - the form and filling order of which are approved by the federal executive authority authorized in the field of customs affairs, must contain information regarding the amount of customs payments subject to recovery, the size of penalties and (or) interest accrued as of the date of issuance of the decision on uncontested recovery, the details of the unfulfilled requirement to pay customs payments (amended requirement to pay customs payments)1.
