Norms for the Output of Processed Product from Outside the Customs Territory

The norms of the output of processed product goods outside the customs territory are determined by the person obtaining a permit for processing goods outside the customs territory, based on the actual conditions under which the processing is carried out, and are coordinated with the customs authority when considering an application for a permit to process goods outside the customs territory, except in the case provided for in paragraph 2 of this article. When coordinating the norms of the output of processed products, the customs authority takes into account the conclusions of expert organizations based on the specific technological processing procedure1.
