Suspension of operations on the accounts of organizations or individual entrepreneurs paying customs duties and taxes in the bank means the bank's cessation of disbursement operations on these accounts (account) within the amount specified in the decision to suspend operations on the accounts (account) of the payer of customs duties and taxes (organizations or individual entrepreneurs) in the bank, unless otherwise provided in paragraph 1 of this article¹.
