Rules for the Conduct of Medical and Educational Activities
The rules for carrying out medical and educational activities — the rules for carrying out medical activities, educational activities... are developed and approved by the managing company or, in the case of involving third parties in the development of these rules, are approved by the managing company. The requirements for medical activities, educational activities, approved by the managing company, should be no lower than the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and (or) international standards for the corresponding activities1.
