The body responsible for control and supervision in the field of insurance activities — a federal executive authority performing functions of control and supervision in the field of insurance activities (insurance matters), considers cases of administrative offenses provided for by paragraphs 1-4 of article 15.27 (within its powers) of this Code¹.
