Violation of the requirements for the installation of an advertising structure
Violation of the requirements for the installation of an advertising structure - installation of an advertising structure without a permit provided by legislation for its installation and (or) installation of an advertising structure in violation of the requirements of the technical regulation, except for cases provided for in paragraph 2 of article 11.21 of this Code, entails imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles; on officials - from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to eighty thousand rubles1.
