An official of the body responsible for control and supervision in the field of consumer rights protection and the consumer market - regarding administrative offenses provided for by Articles 6.14, 14.1, 14.10, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 14.16, paragraphs 1 and 5 of Article 14.34, Article 15.12, paragraph 1 of Article 18.17 (in the part concerning violation of the permissible share of foreign workers used by entities engaged in retail trade activities on the territory of the Russian Federation), paragraph 1 of Article 19.4, paragraph 1 of Article 19.5, Articles 19.6, 19.7, paragraph 1 of Article 19.19 of this Code¹;
