Oath of an employee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation
Oath of an employee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation - dedicating oneself to service to Russia and the Law, solemnly swear: to strictly observe the Constitution of the Russian Federation, laws and international obligations of the Russian Federation, without the slightest deviation from them; to resolutely combat any violations of the law, whoever commits them, and to achieve high efficiency and impartiality in preliminary investigation; actively protect the interests of the individual, society and the state; carefully and attentively consider proposals, statements, appeals and complaints of citizens, observe objectivity and justice when resolving people's cases; strictly keep state and other information protected by law; constantly improve one's professional skills, value one's professional honor, be an example of integrity, moral purity, modesty, faithfully preserve and promote the best traditions of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. I acknowledge that the violation of the Oath is incompatible with further stay in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation1.
