Natural disaster emergency situation
A natural disaster is a situation on a specific territory that has arisen as a result of a natural event, which has caused the loss (destruction) of agricultural crops and (or) the loss (destruction) of plantings of perennial vegetation, and has resulted in the imposition of an emergency situation of federal, interregional or regional character in accordance with Federal Law No. 68-FZ dated December 21, 1994 "On Protection of Population and Territories from Natural and Technological Emergencies"1.
