Closing settlement
Closed settlement - settlements (including those in cities and villages), polar stations located in the areas of the Far North and territories equivalent to them, which are closed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation based on decisions by the state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, coordinated with the Government of the Russian Federation1.
