Competitive procurement involving small and medium-sized business entities — competitive procurement in electronic form, participants of which, taking into account the specifics established by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 8 of article 3 of this Federal law, may be only small and medium-sized business entities (ceased to be in force as of 2019-07-31)¹.
