Operations with digital rubles — operations with digital rubles include operations to increase the balance of digital rubles on a digital ruble account by transferring funds from a bank account or decreasing the balance of electronic money, operations to decrease the balance of digital rubles on a digital ruble account by transferring funds to a bank account or increasing the balance of electronic money, and transfers of digital rubles1.
