Confirmation of compliance with accreditation requirements — confirmation carried out within the framework of the accreditation procedure in the field of vehicle inspection by a professional association of insurers established in accordance with the Federal Law of April 25, 2002, No. 40-FZ "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners" (hereinafter referred to as the professional association of insurers), that an operator of vehicle inspection meets the accreditation requirements at a periodicity established by this Federal Law1.
