Automated Information System for Direct Loss Reimbursement
Automated information system for direct damage compensation — which is part of the automated information system for compulsory insurance and contains information on insurance cases, vehicles, their owners, vehicle drivers, compulsory insurance contracts, insurers, and other information necessary for organizing calculations between insurers in accordance with the agreement on direct damage compensation (article 26.1 of this Federal law)1.
