Subject of the unscheduled field inspection
The subject of an unscheduled on-site inspection is the condition of premises, buildings, structures, technical equipment, facilities, and other objects that are intended to be used by the applicant for a license or the licensee in carrying out a licensed type of activity, as well as the presence of necessary personnel required for carrying out a licensed type of activity, with the aim of assessing compliance of such objects and personnel with licensing requirements (ceased to be effective as of 2022-03-01)1.
