Identification of the applicant
Identification of the applicant is carried out using information technologies without their personal presence by providing data from the unified identification and authentication system and information from the unified biometric system in accordance with Federal Law No. 572-FZ dated December 29, 2022 "On the implementation of identification and (or) authentication of individuals using biometric personal data, on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation and on the repeal of certain provisions of legislative acts of the Russian Federation"1.
