Extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers — an extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers relating to the applicant — a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state (including a branch, representative office or other separate unit of a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state), international (intergovernmental) organization (including a branch or representative office of an international (intergovernmental) organization). Extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers concerning the aforementioned applicant should include, among other things, information about a natural person authorized to act without a power of attorney on behalf of a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, or on behalf of an international (intergovernmental) organization in accordance with the legal grounds upon which such an organization is established and carries out its activities, and/or about the head of a branch, representative office, or other separate unit of a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, or a branch or representative office of an international (intergovernmental) organization1.
