Place of actual location
The place of actual residence - a territory chosen by a person released from places of deprivation of liberty and not having a place of residence or stay, within the territory of an intra-municipal municipal formation of a city of federal significance, the territory of an intra-city district (if it does not exist - the city) or the territory of a town or rural settlement1.
