An organization operating particularly radiation-hazardous and nuclear-hazardous production facilities and objects in the field of atomic energy - an organization carrying out activities in the field of atomic energy and recognized as an operating organization in accordance with Article 34 of the Federal Law dated November 21, 1995, No. 170-FZ "On the Use of Atomic Energy" (hereinafter referred to as the operating organization)1.
