Delivery of citizens
Delivery of citizens - to carry out their compulsory transfer to the premises of a territorial body or unit of the police, to the premises of a municipal body, or to another service premises for the purpose of considering the issue of detaining a citizen (if it is impossible to resolve this issue on site); establishing the identity of a citizen if there are grounds to believe that he is wanted as someone who has evaded the investigative, prosecutorial or judicial authorities, or as someone evading the execution of a criminal penalty, or as a person missing without trace; protecting a citizen from an immediate threat to his life and health in cases where he is unable to care for himself or if the danger cannot be avoided otherwise, as well as in other cases provided for by federal law1.
