An internal structural unit of a credit organization - its (his) unit located outside the location of the credit organization (its branch) and performing banking operations on its behalf, the list of which is established by regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia, within the license issued by the Bank of Russia to the credit organization (rules on the branch of the credit organization)1.
