Recognition of a candidate engaged in entrepreneurial activity without the formation of a legal entity as bankrupt — if, on the day preceding the day of his appointment (election) to a position or the day the Bank of Russia receives documents for state registration of a credit institution, ten years have not elapsed since the completion of the procedure for the realization of property or termination of proceedings in the bankruptcy case involving this candidate1.
