Creditors of the credit institution – definition and meaning of "Creditors of the credit institution"

Creditor of a credit institution - a legal entity, in connection with the reorganization of the credit institution, is entitled to demand early performance or termination of the corresponding obligation and compensation for damages, if such right to claim is granted to the legal entity in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded with the credit institution¹.
