Creditors' Claims Register
Creditors' claims register — is subject to closure after the expiration of the period specified in the announcement regarding the foreign bank, and within five working days, it is submitted by the temporary administration of the foreign bank to the Agency, indicating the amount of claims, banking account details on the territory of the Russian Federation, and other information necessary for the transfer of funds in satisfaction of the creditors' claims of the foreign bank, as well as with the attachment of documents that serve as the basis for their inclusion in the creditors' claims register1.
