Assistant to the Arbitration Court Judge
1. A judicial assistant provides assistance to a judge in preparing and organizing court proceedings and is not entitled to perform functions related to the administration of justice.
2. A judicial assistant may take minutes of court proceedings and perform other procedural actions in cases and in accordance with the procedures provided for by this Code.
3. A judicial assistant is not entitled to perform acts that result in the creation, modification, or termination of rights or obligations of parties involved in a case or other participants in arbitration proceedings
