Korean representatives — natural persons who are employed in the state service of the Republic of Korea, and/or natural and/or legal entities authorized by the Government of the Republic of Korea to carry out joint activities and events under this Agreement, including any duly authorized representatives of the Government of the Republic of Korea, Korean consignees, their employees, representatives, contractors or subcontractors who participate in joint activities and/or have or may have access to protected items in connection with the issuance by state authorities authorized under the legislation of the Republic of Korea of export/import licenses and/or in connection with the issuance of other permits by the Government of the Republic of Korea and are subject to and/or controlled by the Republic of Korea1.
