Concession


Concession (Concession) - a system of relations between the state or municipal authority (concedent), on one side, and a legal or natural person (concessionaire), on the other side, arising as a result of the concedent granting the concessionaire rights to possession, use, and under certain conditions also disposal of state property by means of a contract, for a fee and on a repayable basis, as well as rights to carry out activities that are an exclusive right of the state or municipal authority
