Marine area company - a legal entity established or to be established by the public joint-stock company "Gazprom" and (or) its affiliated party (parties), for the design, construction and operation of the marine area and being its owner, with the place of registration determined at the time of its establishment by the Russian participant specified in paragraph 1 of article 4 of this Agreement1;
