Narcological Rehabilitative Center
2. A rehabilitation center is a medical organization or structural unit of organizations within the state and municipal healthcare systems providing narcological care.
3. A rehabilitation center is established to implement a complex set of medical (treatment), psychological, social, educational, and labor measures aimed at restoring the physical and mental condition of patients, correcting their ability to adapt to the surrounding environment, and enabling full-fledged functioning in society without the use of psychoactive substances causing narcological disease.
