Garage owner

Garage owner - a person who holds the right of ownership over a garage, which is confirmed by any of the following documents (hereinafter referred to as right-confirming documents):

- an act issued by a state authority or a local self-government body within their competence and in accordance with the legislation in force at the place of issuance of such act on the date of its issuance;

- a contract or another transaction concerning the garage, concluded in compliance with the legislation in force at the location of the garage on the date of conclusion of the transaction;

- a certificate of inheritance rights;

- a judicial decision that has become legally binding;

- an act (certificate) confirming the right to the garage, issued by an authorized state authority in accordance with the legislation in force at the place of issuance of such act on the date of its issuance;

- a document confirming membership in the relevant motorists' organization;

- by other documents which, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, confirm the existence, emergence, termination, and transfer of rights
