Coordinator of the International Scientific and Technical Programme
"Coordinator" - one of the state customers, ensuring by mutual agreement their operational interaction in the process of implementing the Program, organizing mutual consultations and information exchange between state customers, coordinating operational plans for specific periods of the Program's implementation, developing recommendations for improving cooperation, utilizing intermediate and final results of scientific research and experimental design work, preparing and presenting coordinated information on the implementation of the Program to the Interstate Committee по
As coordinators of the Program, international research centers and scientific organizations, transnational financial-industrial groups, and interstate (intergovernmental) bodies may act. If the Program consists of individual projects funded by the respective states participating in the Program, then national state clients of these projects perform the role of coordinators for such projects.
