Children's Public Association
A children's public organization is a public formation in which minors (under 18 years of age) and adults voluntarily unite for joint activities aimed at satisfying their social needs and interests. Adults may constitute no more than one-third of the members of children's organizations. Children's public organizations may include various associations, societies, clubs, detachments, other formations, as well as associations (federations, unions) of these organizations.
