Social Benefits
20. Social payments (line 10) include amounts of money related to social benefits provided to employees, in particular, for medical treatment, rest, travel, and employment (excluding allowances from state social extrabudgetary funds).
Social payments, in particular, include:
a) exit allowance upon termination of the employment contract, exit allowance in the event of termination of the employment contract due to violation of the rules for concluding an employment contract not at the employee's fault;
b) amounts accrued to employees who have been dismissed for a period of re-employment in connection with the liquidation of the organization, reduction in the number or staff of employees;
c) insurance payments (contributions), paid by the organization under personal, property and other voluntary insurance contracts in favor of employees (excluding mandatory state insurance of employees), under voluntary medical insurance contracts for employees and their family members;
c) expenses for paying healthcare institutions for services provided to employees; payment of tickets for employees and their family members for treatment and rest;
d) payment for the cost of travel documents, travel to the place of rest and back;
e) material assistance provided to individual employees due to family circumstances, for medicines, burial expenses, etc.
