Corruption-prone factor
Corruption-generating factor - a legal construct (a separate provision or a set of provisions), which by itself or in conjunction with other provisions creates, to a greater or lesser extent, a risk of corruption-related actions by subjects implementing the provisions (corruption risks)

Corruption-generating factors are provisions of normative legal acts (drafts of normative legal acts) that establish, for law enforcers, unreasonably broad discretion or the possibility of unreasonable application of exceptions from general rules, as well as provisions containing vague, difficult to implement and (or) burdensome requirements for citizens and organizations, thereby creating conditions for the manifestation of corruption
